On 'Tekken: Devil's Requiem', we have a Rank System similar to the Tekken series.
The Rank List is a slightly shortened list from Tekken 6, totalling 26 Ranks.
Each time you win a fight with another RPer, you may raise in Rank.

Winning a fight
To win a fight, you must RP a fight-based topic with at least one other RPer. The winner is determined by either knock-out or the other participant(s) giving up. A knock-out is determined by the player being knocked-out; if they take a lot of hits or successive blows to the head they should RP their unconsciousness. This is left up to the RPer’s discretion, don’t make your character invincible, I don’t want to have to make strict rules on knock-outs.
Raising your Rank
After RPing yourself a victory over an opponent, PM either myself or Yoshimitsu. Within this PM you should state that it is regarding a Rank Promotion and leave a link to the RP in which you won a fight. It will then be decided if you will be given the rank or not.
Particularly short fights may not grant a Promotion, also fights where an opponent runs away or the battle is disrupted are not likely to grant Promotions. Though, it is possible to get Promoted more than one Rank at a time if you win a two-on-one fight, for example. There is no penalty for losing a fight, you will not descend through the Ranks if you are knocked-out.
Also, Admins and Mods may give out Rank Promotions for Boss Battles if they wish.
